5.3.5 Distribution of Promotional Materials

(a) Within Licence Area
The distribution of promotional materials such as brochures, catalogues, leaflets, pamphlets etc. is restricted within the Licence Area only.

(b) Common / Public Access Area
The Licensee must obtain prior written approval from the Centre for the distribution of promotional materials such as brochures, catalogues, leaflets, pamphlets etc. at all common/ public access areas within the Centre.
