Buffet Setups

Lunch and dinner buffets are made up of 3 components, these are as follows:

Component 1- Appetiser / Soup Station
Component 2 - Hot Station
Component 3 - Dessert / Coffee & Tea Station

3 components make 1 buffet line, each buffet line can serve up to 200 guests.
 


Buffet components will be presented in your floorplan as follows:

> COMPONENT 1 of 3 - APPETISER / SOUP:

Option A - Standard Configuration:
Dimensions: 458cm (L) x 230cm (W)

 

Option B - Compact Configuration:
(Available on request with Level 3 Meeting Rooms Only)

Dimensions: 458cm (L) x 175cm (W)
 



> COMPONENT 2 of 3 - HOT:

Option A - Standard Configuration:
Dimensions: 550cm (L) x 230cm (W) 


Option B - Compact Configuration:
(Available on request with Level 3 Meeting Rooms Only)

Dimensions: 550cm (L) x 175cm (W) 


Option C - Double-Sided Configuration:
(Available on request)

Dimensions: 550cm (L) x 230cm (W) 



> COMPONENT 3 of 3 - DESSERT / COFFEE & TEA: 

Option A - Standard Configuration:
Dimensions: 458cm (L) x 230cm (W) 


Option B - Compact Configuration:
