Please note that all floorplans should be confirmed with your Suntec Point of Contact no later than 7 days prior to your event start date. For changes less than 7 days, a $500 + GST charge will be applied for floorplans that require significant modifications.

Significant modifications include but are not limited to:

• Change to seating configuration
• Change of orientation of setup
• Adjustment of stage size
• Increase or decrease of seating capacity (by more than 10%)
