Floor loading capacity:

Level 1 – The Big Picture Lobby: 5.0KN/sqm (100lb/sq. ft.)

Level 2 – Meeting Room: 5.0KN/sqm (100lb/sq. ft.)

Level 3 – Meeting Room / Concourse: 5.0KN/sqm (100lb/sq. ft.)

Level 4 – Exhibition Hall: 17.5KN/sqm (350lb/sq. ft.)

Level 4 – Loading and Unloading Bays: 10.0KN/sqm (200lb/sq. ft.)

Level 6 – Exhibition Hall: 17.5KN/sqm (350lb/sq. ft.)

Level 6 – Loading and Unloading Bays: 10.0KN/sqm (200lb/sq. ft.)

Variables to be considered before work commences in any area of Suntec Singapore should include:

• Weight of item and associated contact points to ground
• Overall dimensions of item
• Proposed method of delivery and availability and size of loading bays, freight doors, and freight lifts
• Viability of transportation method whilst in the Centre (e.g. pallet jack, forklift, truck)
• Consideration for variable sizes of entry doors
