Suntec Singapore requires a detailed overview at least 20 working days before the event, and this includes technical drawings and specifications for any receptacle retaining liquid of 150 litres or more.

All exhibits and ancillary equipment containing liquid must be carefully drained out at the end of an exhibition, in such a way that no water is discharged onto the floor of the halls/rooms. All costs involved in the removal of any water discharged onto the floor of the halls/rooms, or any damage caused as a result will be charged to the event organiser.
