Suntec Singapore has 42,000sqm of lettable MICE space, which can be easily configured for multiple purposes.

Room Rental

Event organisers who only require the use of event space can opt for this service, rates are provided upon request.

  • 50% general room lighting without air- conditioning during move-in/move-out

  • 100% general room lighting and air- conditioning during event days

  • Venue-wide complimentary WiFi

The rental rates do not include the following:

  • Construction cost of exhibition booths
  • Security of licensed area or insurance coverage
  • Cleaning of exhibition area
  • Audiovisual equipment
  • Freight forwarding
  • Utility connection and consumption

Additional Hours

Contract licence agreements state the usage type and timing for events. Please refer to your contract for a breakdown of timings.

Additional timing outside of the contracted period will be subject to charges and availability. Should you require additional hours, please contact your Suntec Point of Contact.


Additional Orders

Additional goods or services onsite will require pre-payment before delivery is made. 

Should you have an existing event booking with us and wish to add on additional items - the Suntec Singapore Marketplace provides event organisers with the opportunity to purchase a variety of services.


Add-On F&B

Food & Beverage (F&B) services are not included in room rental. Event organisers can consider F&B add-ons if required. View our F&B offerings here.

The service period for each F&B option is reflected below. Event organisers can select any start time within this service period window for your F&B service.
