To ensure an exceptional guest experience, we ask Organisers to comply with the minimum order lead times and to take note of the minimum number of guests for each menu type. These can be found in the respective brochure.
Organisers should note there may be a catering surcharge applied for last minute orders, or for orders which fall below the stipulated minimum number of guests.
